Janet Hall

Vice President and Treasurer

Janet Hall brings 15 years of administrative, financial, accounting and IT experience to The Kizos Corporation. She has utilized her administrative, financial, accounting and billing skills to manage and oversee day-to-day operations in areas of sales and medical office operations and procedures. This work translated into increased efficiency and benefits in both quality and outcomes.

Ms. Hall served for four years as an account representative for a national medical firm. During this time she worked in areas relating to claims, audits, benefits and policy issues. She assessed trends relating to the above areas under her per view. Janet also worked on conflicts between individual contracts and claim payments received or denied.

Ms. Hall trained supervisors and account representatives on how to make better use of software programs they were using in order to recognize problems earlier and to be able to provide proper documentation to the State Business Manager.

Tom Ward

Senior Consultant

Tom Ward brings more than 35 years of applied management and consulting experience to Kizos Corporation.   He has designed and managed programs for Executive Coaching, Strategic Workforce Development, Organizational Change, Leadership Development, Management Improvement, Workforce Planning, Total Quality Management and Competency Development for a national workforce, and has worked with senior management teams and many line organizations including the Department of Agriculture, the Navy, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the District of Columbia Public School system. His most rewarding work is in helping work groups, management teams, and entire organizations "get unstuck."

Mr. Ward is certified to administer KEYS, measuring the climate for creativity, productivity, and innovation, and has assessed 106 organizations representing 6,500 people since 1998. He is also certified in the Bar-On EQ-i, measuring and coaching on individual emotional intelligence. He is the author of "Developing your Strengths," an appreciative inquiry-based guide to harnessing individual strengths to build more effective organizations, and is a teacher, speaker, guide, and coach on activity and strength-based development. He taught in the School of Management at George Mason University for four years.

During almost 20 years in program management, Mr. Ward was a budget officer; chief trouble shooter for USDA's Commodity Credit Corporation, a $32 billion operation financing crop price supports; Management Team Leader for the USDA Working Capital Fund; Manager of USDA Commercial Industrial Activities; and Major Systems Acquisitions Program Manager. He ran trade shows for the National Automobile Dealers Association for two years, and served in the USMC infantry in Viet Nam before college.

Mr. Ward has an MBA in Organizational Development from George Washington University. His thesis correlated environmental stress and life crisis to employee motivation.

Issac J. Crumbly. Ph.D.

Associate Vice President for Collaborative Programs and Director/Founder of the
Cooperative Development Energy Program
Fort Valley State University

Dr. Isaac J. Crumbly, Associate Vice President for Collaborative Programs, is the Founder and Director of   the Fort Valley State University's Cooperative Developmental Energy Program (CDEP).    He has achieved success as a developer of innovative programs,   a   researcher, and   teacher.

Dr. Crumbly is a skilled grantsman and has provided over a $28 million impact for Fort Valley State University and its students through funded proposals, grants, IPA agreements, internships,   and co-op assignments. He has been able to secure funds from diverse sources which include over 45 different companies, foundations, national laboratories, and government agencies.

In 1983, Dr. Crumbly developed and founded the Fort Valley State University CDEP program. Via CDEP, Fort Valley State University (FVSU) students have participated in over 850 internships with the public and private sectors of the energy industry, gained over 320,000 hours of hands-on-experience, and earned over $4.2 million to help finance their education. Because of his innovativeness and creativity, FVSU has the unique distinction of having the nation's only CDEP program. Since 1992, CDEP has awarded over $6 million in scholarships to academically talented minority students. In 1993, he implemented a   pre-college outreach program for minority students called the Mathematics, Science, and Engineering Academy (MSEA). The MSEA program begins with the 8th grade and continues through the 12th grade. As a result, sixty-seven MSEA students have enrolled at FVSU.

Dr. Crumbly has also exhibited his skills in inter-institutional curriculum development. In 1992, he developed dual degree programs between FVSU and the University of Nevada -Las Vegas (UNLV) in engineering and health physics and in geology, geophysics, and petroleum engineering between FVSU and the University of Oklahoma (OU). A dual degree program in engineering with Georgia Tech was added in 2000. In 2004, he developed dual degree programs in the geosciences and petroleum engineering with the University of Texas-Austin and in engineering with the University of Texas-Pan American. In 2006, Penn State University signed a cooperative agreement to offer dual the degrees in the geosciences. These dual degree programs are operated by CDEP. Also, in 2003 he implemented a dual degree program in food and nutrition and hotel administration between Fort Valley State University and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.   Additionally, students graduating with a degree in business with a GPA of 3.00 or above may participate in UNLV's second degree program in hotel administration. As Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences from 1994 to 1999, he provided   major leadership in successfully converting   Fort Valley State University's core curriculum from a quarter system to a semester system. He was appointed to and served over two years on the University System of Georgia's Semester Conversion Committee.

Dr. Crumbly has successfully completed research appointments with the Tennessee Valley Authority, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Additionally, he has conducted research for the U. S. Department of Energy, the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency, and the Southern Education Foundation. He has presented several papers at the annual meetings of the   American Society of Engineering Education and other organizations on creating a pre-collegiate/collegiate pipeline for minorities and women in science and engineering. Via CDEP, Dr. Crumbly is nationally recognized for his recruitment of African Americans and women into the geosciences.

Dr. Crumbly has received numerous honors and awards for his creativity in implementing innovative programs.

Mary Bonnet

Senior Consultant

Mary Bonnet brings more than 30 years of experience as a manager, analyst, educator, coach and mentor to the KIZOS Corporation.   Using her B.A., in Mathematics and M.Ed. in Educational Psychology, Research, Measurement and Statistics, Mrs. Bonnet spent 24 years working in the Department of Defense (DoD) primarily as a Military Operations Research Analyst.   Prior to that, she was a math instructor in public and private schools as well as adult programs.   She designed and taught General Equivalency Diploma (GED) programs for Murray State University, KY and Florida State University to suit the needs of US Army soldiers.  

Mrs. Bonnet's has served in a variety of high level DoD analytic assignments including Senior Advisor to the Associate Director for Modeling, Simulation and Analysis, Headquarters, United States Air Force; the Joint Advisor to the Commander, Air Force Studies and Analyses Agency; and as a Division Chief and Chief Analyst.   Mrs. Bonnet led numerous analytical studies and has pioneered numerous new methodologies and procedures.   In 2000, she was recognized for her strategic vision and leadership and for contributing the most to achieving an optimal outcome in reshaping the Air Force analytic community.   An active member of the Military Operations Research Society since 1989, she served on the Board of Directors for four years and has remained as an Advisory Director.   Mrs. Bonnet attended the Senior Executive Seminar at Carnegie Mellon University, the Air War College in residence, and Air Command and Staff College by seminar.   Her service was recognized with over 20 Outstanding Achievement Awards, culminating with the Outstanding Civilian Career Service Award in 2002.  

Mrs. Bonnet maintains her currency with DoD issues working part-time for an analytical and IT small business.   She has supported Verification, Validation and Accreditation projects for several major DoD simulations.   She has participated in requirements and definition development projects for the DoD Architecture Reporting System.   She has also been involved in proposal writing and new business development.

Mrs. Bonnet's experience using the scientific method provides her with a unique understanding and perspective.   She has great confidence in the theories and science of how stress and energy flow affect people day to day.   Her previous career allowed her to develop highly regarded skills in managing and leading people and projects.   Now in her second career, Mrs. Bonnet has more than twenty years experience in methods of relaxation, visualization and personal performance coaching.   She is a Certified Energy Coach and has training in Neural Linguistic Programming.   She currently offers two programs - Take Control of Your Life(TM) (stress management and life style management - eating, exercise and smoking cessation) and Learning Improvement (memory and concentration, learning strategies, overcoming fear of taking tests and public speaking).   She also offers individual coaching sessions.   Mrs. Bonnet's goal is to help people deal with stress in their personal and professional lives so they can lead happier, healthier and more productive lives.   She helps clients determine goals and overcome obstacles to attaining those goals using a variety of easy to learn and highly effective techniques.
