firm, established in 2003, that provides professional consultation and
services in: Management Support,
Science Education in Minority Communities,
Multimedia Support, and Environmental Education Program Support.
The Kizos Corporation provides professional support,
as a subcontractor, under a variety of U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency mission support contracts, has a cooperative relationship with a
large consulting firm to provide technical support, and is augmented
through relationships with a Minority Serving Institutions (MSI).

30 years of Federal government experience, with the Department of

Management Support

presentations and information on the latest statistics regarding the
representation of minorities and women at various stages of the higher
education system and in specific science and engineering disciplines.
- Conduct studies or provide advice on how to conduct studies
that evaluate the extent to which diversity programs are succeeding.
- Design summer programs at minority serving institutions,
Federal/state agencies and private sector organizations for pre-college
minority students that focus on the enhancement of math, science,
computer, and verbal skills.
- Design collaboration models that involve minority serving
institutions (MSI's), majority institutions of higher learning (MI's),
Federal/state agencies, and private sector organizations that focus on
preparing a diverse scientific workforce.
- Establish diversity focusing collaborations among MSI's,
MI's, federal and state agencies, and private sector companies.
- Preparation of grants proposals and packages.
Emphasis on minority science education and including those from
disadvantaged backgrounds that wish to further enrich their science
knowledge/education.
